If I reserve a zip code, can other agents that sell homes in that zip code use your services?

No way. Not unless you say it's OK.

See, when you sign up as the Master Agent in a zip code, or set of zipcodes that make up a region, you get notified when another agent wants to use our services in those areas.

You're the smart one - you got there first.

So, if that new agent wants to use our services, you get to decide if you want to give permission for that or not. You might have a fellow agent in your office that you think would benefit from our stuff. You might say yes to that request.

But if the agent across the street at that nasty old competitor tries to play tech catch up and use us, you can say no to that request.

And the cool thing? We share all revenue with you that we receive from any agents that you permit to use your zip code.
