What does it cost an agent to use your services?

The pricing is very straightforward. There are two fees: a one-time yearly fee for the area in which you reserve our services, and the other is a one-time production fee for each podcast episode we produce for you. There are no other charges for hosting, promotion, or anything else, and you own the audio when it's produced. Here are the details:

Agents pay $100 per year to become the designated Master Agent for each zip code in which they're interested in using our services. So, if you concentrate on 3 different zip codes in your area, your yearly fee would be $300.

Once you're the Master Agent, no other agent can use our services in those zip codes...unless you want them to. And if you let them, you'll share in the revenue from the fees they pay to use our services. If they are from that nasty competing office across the street, you just say "no" when they ask.

And they will.

Of course, if you're not the Master Agent, you can still inquire about using our services, but it's up to the Master Agent to give you permission.

The only other fee you pay is a one-time fee for the fully produced episodes, and is based on the number of podcasts you produce. To keep the attention of the podcast subscribers, we require a minimum of 1 per month, and you can produce as many as you want. Each podcast is a flat fee of $100 to produce, and is then hosted on our site, forever, at no additional charge.

You then get that 10-minute audio, to place in other areas if you like: on local radio, on your on-hold system at your office, on low-power "talking home" transmitters, whatever you desire - it's yours.
