What is podcasting?

Podcasting is a simple way of delivering rich media, usually audio, to a user via an authorized subscription. Of course, that's the definition that a programmer would give you.

Podcasting is really all about moving audio (and video) around the Internet, from producers and performers (the real estate agents that use NewHomePodcast.com's services) to listeners (the people interested in buying a home that come to NewHomePodcast.com for information and the podcasts of agents near where they live or want to move).
